Jen

Jen became involved with ABR in 2011. She quickly found her footing as our Homecheck Coordinator. Her job is to ensure each foster and adoptive home is thoroughly screened and suitable to house one of ABRs bullies. If you've ever received a hand written thank you note from ABR, that was all Jen! Over the years she's also volunteered to work Pet Expos, Pet-A-Palooza and many other events. Her big boy, Vinny, was even a contender at the Running Of The Bulls at Pet-a-palooza.

She has a two-part reputation at ABR. The first is for being a hard working team member and the comedic relief. The second is for doing coordinated, over-the-top Halloween costumes for her dogs, Vinny and Olive. When Jen is around there is guaranteed to be laughs.

Jen may have a day job, as a flight attendant, strictly for the perk of being able to cuddle puppies. Being her Facebook friend means you have a steady stream of pictures of her loving up pups and having her PALS certified dogs comfort weary travelers.
